Installing

Download the DMG, open it, and drag Radio Island to Applications.

Activating Pro

1. Buy Pro.
2. Get your license key by email.
3. Paste it in Radio Island Settings.

Email support with the purchase email and we will resend it.

Refunds within 14 days by emailing support.

A station doesn’t play or is wrong

Use the flag in the player, or right-click the island, and choose Report Station. It opens a draft email that names the station; nothing is sent until you send it. Station streams belong to their broadcasters, and Radio Island does not retry or switch streams automatically — pick another station or try again.

Common questions

• Where is my data? Only on your Mac. See the privacy policy.
• Sound stops or the map is empty. Check your internet connection, then reopen the island and try another station. The station list comes from the public Radio Browser directory, which is occasionally unavailable.
• Restore Radio Island Pro. Open Settings → Radio Island Pro and choose Restore Purchases.
